Mr. Krishna Prasad has been associated with Sukruta since 1990, and currently leads the company as its Managing Partner.

Being a well-trained engineer, he always explored unconventional approaches to put theory into practice. Owing to his efforts and contribution to the team, the business was diversified from predominantly catering to the agriculture and domestic segment to industry and commercial building segment, which rapidly expanded during the mid-’90s. Come 1995, he stepped it up further by introducing the Grundfos pumps with new stainless steel fabricated technology in the Indian market for the first time.

Stepping into the role of his father - the Founder of Sukruta, Mr. K Gopinath was not an easy task, as Sukruta at this point was already a well-oiled machine that had made a name in the National market. In the years to come, he paved the path for Sukruta to evolve into a first of its kind company that provided total water management solutions across all service segments.

As the managing partner of Sukruta, he now partners with some of the global leaders which further solidified Sukruta’s ability to provide end-to-end solutions in complete water management. Apart from his role in Sukruta, he also is a member of many associations in the same line of the business, social clubs and is a keen outdoor and wildlife enthusiast, who takes earnest interest in ecological conservation.
